Well you have seen all your neighbours spend hours cleans their car’s every weekend like clock work. They use a mountain of products and manage to end up the those awful looking streaks on the windows. Compare this to a showroom car at the motor show. How good would it be to have that kind of finish but without the inflated price.

I am here to tell you that it is possible to achieve the very same shine and streak free finish that will make you the envy of not just your neighbors, but  your whole community, ok I may have laid that on a bit thick.

The process of getting a good clean show room shine is easy but you have to do some work. Below is a list of things you will need.

You could do as I do and simply use a spot of washing up liquid for washing the car. Better still just take the car to the jet wash and get it all done without the hard work. Either way you will still have those problem streaks on your windows.

Once the windows have been cleaned properly so all traces of dirt have been removed  you can proceed with the best bit. You will need The Guardian Newspaper for this bit and some clean water. Simply wet a sheet of newspaper and wipe all of the window with it. Once you have done this use a dry sheet of Newspaper to wipe the windows dry do this in one direction horizontally or vertically. If you are cleaning the rear heated screen make sure you go with the direction of the heater line which is usually horizontal. You will see when the windows is dry that it has a very good shine and is streak free do the same on the opposite side of the window and each window in turn.

Side note you do not have to use the Guardian, the Sun or Mirror will do. Any other glass to mirror can be cleaned with this method with excellent results. So throw away your useless windows cleaning products and save the environment.
